Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy for Resort Properties 


Cancellation made 25 or more days before the arrival date will be charged 50% retention of the full amount. Cancellation made within 25 days of the arrival date will attract 100% retention – no refund of any amount is applicable for such cases. This policy is applicable to resort properties only. 

Resort properties in such cases would be properties located outside metropolitan/township/city limits.


Cancellation Policy for Business Properties


Free cancellation until 48 hours of the arrival date. 100% retention (no refund) for any cancellation made within 48 hours of the arrival date.  

Business properties are those located in metropolitan/township/city areas.  

No refund is applicable for “no show.” 

No refund for unused nights or early checkout.


In case the guest has an International bank account, then any bank charges applicable are to be borne by the customer. We will remit the amount as per our cancellation policy. 

Prior to confirming all bookings, we request all guests to please go through our “Terms and Conditions”, and “Proof of Identity” listed under the tab “Terms and Conditions.”


Refund Policy


In case of any cancellation, refund takes minimum 15-20 working days for the refund to be processed and to get credited in the guests’ bank. 

In case of refund, bank transactions will be deducted above cancellation charges. 

In case of credit card transactions, a refund will be done only to the same credit card. 

Credit Card Bookings 

For any booking done through Debit Card, Credit Card or Net Banking, Sovereign Hotels & Resorts Pvt Ltd cannot be held responsible for any sort of frauds, mismatching in any transactions done from the Card or Bank Account Holder of the respective Transaction.
